Co-Founder & Director

Marytere Ciccone holds a master’s degree in family psychology. For more than 25 years, she has trained early childhood teachers and advised over 1,000 families on cognitive development in the U.S. and in her home country of Mexico.

She leads INIC’s evidence-based practices, bilingual immersion model, and teacher mentorship. Marytere partners closely with campus leaders to align daily routines, coach teachers in social-emotional language, and ensure every classroom reflects INIC’s calm, structured approach. Her guidance shapes curriculum, observation protocols, and family communication so children progress with confidence.
