We make happy teachers

International Immersion Center Preschool (INIC) families deserve Austin’s safest facility, a high-quality family environment, and the best education — not to mention world-class customer service. Our staff are essential to providing those experiences every day.

INIC has an upbeat family environment with a lot of positive energy. It can get a little hectic, but that’s ok – INIC staff are loaded with patience and problem-solving skills, not mention their can-do attitudes.

We value teammates who are looking for an opportunity to provide a valuable service to the community by helping teach young children, ages three months to five years old. This is a rewarding place to work – the children, parents, and coworkers are wonderful.

INIC strives to create a fun, collaborative working environment for our staff. We believe in mutual respect and clear communication between parents, teachers, and school directors. And we are constantly looking for new ways to improve the school for all our wonderful members. INIC isn't just a school — we truly are a community.
