INIC Preschool South Austin to Offer Health Insurance for Staff

  • All staff qualify for new health insurance program

  • Benefit is part of INIC’s quality improvement plan

  • Recent improvements include a new facility, new equipment, new live stream video cameras by WatchMeGrow

AUSTIN, TX – INIC Preschool is proud to announce it will offer health insurance from Blue Cross Blue Shield starting in January 2018. All full-time staff including teachers, assistants, and administrative employees are eligible.

“We set this goal when we opened in 2012,” says director/owner Marytere Ciccone. “Health insurance creates healthier, happier families and relieves concerns about potential health issues. We’re grateful to give back to our staff by offering such an important benefit.”

INIC Preschool is making great strides in its quality improvement plan. In September, the school opened an all-new facility after more than two years of planning and six months of construction.

Also, the school recently partnered with WatchMeGrow to offer live streaming video in every classroom. Parents and grandparents can check in on their child from a cell phone or computer.

“The new facility, WatchMeGrow cameras and app, and health insurance are part of our plan to offer the best preschool experience for Austin families and teachers,” says Ciccone. “These new additions contribute to the loving community environment here.”

INIC Preschool is planning further quality improvement measures, expected in early 2018.
