Tell Me More About INIC Rover!
Is INIC Rover a virtual, pod, or babysitting service?
(1) INIC Rover is an in-home, in-person learning program. We do not operate virtually.
(2) INIC Rover is not a pod program through which teachers monitor your child(ren) as they complete their AISD lessons. However, we can take into account your child(ren)’s AISD learning goals as we develop their personalized curriculum. If you are interested in an elementary pod program, we do offer onsite elementary pods at our preschool location.
(3) INIC Rover is not a babysitting or nanny service. Our teachers do not help with driving children, errands, housework, chores, laundry, dishes, cleaning, meal prep, pet care, or medical care. The teacher may change diapers and feed the student if food is provided by the family. However, parents may leave the home for errands/appointments as long as they return within 30 minutes of the conclusion of their lesson.
What ages & group sizes do you teach?
(1) INIC Rover caters to children aged 10 years old to 4 weeks old. (Yes, even the youngest children have specific curriculum designed to stimulate rapidly developing fine and gross motor skills, as well as cognitive function!)
(2) We can teach up to 4 children per session. Children do not need to be related, but they must all be in the same household during the the lesson - all children must be in a similar age group, within approximately 12 months of each other.
(3) Public school students 5-10 years old are elegible for INIC Rover's after school Spanish language program.

What are your hours of availability?
INIC Rover teachers are available from 9:00 am through 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Each learning session lasts 2 hours but can be extended, depending on availability.
We're considering expanding our hours to evenings and weekends - let us know if you're interested.
About our curriculum
You can read more about INIC's [preschool curriculum here][3]. Rover uses an adapted version of the in-preschool curriculum, except it's broken down into bite-sized chunks to create extra flexibility when developing personalized lesson plans.

Can I request the same teacher for each lesson?
While you may certainly request the same teacher when you schedule your learning session, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to assign you with same teacher each time. We believe it's in the child's best interest to interact and learn from a variety of individual teachers.

How Do I Start?
Step 1: Quick Start
Just call (512) 435-7868 or email us at admissions@inic-edu.com to get started. We'll ask basic questions about your child(ren), learning goals, and anything else we should know about. Then we'll schedule your first learning session and recurring lesson times.
Step 2: Interactive In Your Home
A highly trained, certified, insured, background-checked INIC Rover teacher will come to your home and begin your personalized lesson plan using INIC’s proprietary curriculum. Lessons will occur regularly, based on your recurring schedule.
Pricing
Pricing is based on the number of recurring hours you schedule each week. Although you may choose to book a single 2-hour session, our academic model is more impactful when you schedule multiple recurring weekly sessions.
To begin, we recommend at least two separate four-hour sessions on a weekly basis.
2 - 14 hours per week
1 child = $45/hr
2 children = $54/hr
3 children = $63/hr
4 children = $72/hr
15 - 28 hours per week
1 child = $40/hr
2 children = $47/hr
3 children = $54/hr
4 children = $61/hr
29 - 35 hours per week
1 child = $35/hr
2 children = $40/hr
3 children = $45/hr
4 children = $50/hr
In most cases, we recommend sharing an INIC Rover teacher. The children and parents benefit from this approach in many ways:
