Covid Safety Protocols

INIC Preschool is committed to a safety-first mindset. Enhanced disinfection and social distancing measure are zealously monitored and enforced.

Health and safety standards include frequent disinfecting procedures. Staff are required to take extensive actions in classrooms, including washing hands after every transition, meal, and nap.

Daily routines include modified drop-off and pick-up procedures, disinfecting throughout the day, and deep-clean disinfecting before every new school day.

INIC staff uses a specialized cleaning product from DIS.IN.FX on a daily basis. The product not only disinfects surfaces and toys immediately, it also continues disinfecting after surfaces and toys are touched again. Dis.In.Fx also visits INIC in person for a monthly school-wide treatment.

Distancing

  • Classes do not mix throughout day or at playground

  • Six-foot distancing during student dropoff and pickup

  • Parents and guests are not allowed inside the school unless necessary

Daily measures

  • Parents must wear face masks during drop off and pick up.

  • In the classroom, children and staff wash their hands many times throughout the day.

  • Washable and cloth toys are cleaned daily.

  • Plastic toys are disinfected after every use.

  • Frequency of cleaning procedures have increased dramatically to ensure common areas are disinfected before a new students arrive.

  • All high-touch surfaces and objects are routinely cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected with our three steps process: water, bleach, soap. DIS.IN.FX is a fourth step.
